What is Personal Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a one to one, non-judgemental, guided process with a partner, your Life Coach. As your Life Coach, I will provide you with space, time and encouragement to work out what you want from your life and, most importantly, how you can get it.

Only you can change your life, but using proven strategies and techniques I will work with you to help you achieve the outcomes you are looking for.

Who Can Benefit From Coaching?

The quick answer is anyone who wants to make changes in their life and is committed to making them happen. Some of the areas where Life Coaching can be beneficial include:

  • You're lacking in confidence

  • You're unhappy in your job but you're not sure what else you could do

  • You've reached a crossroads and don't know what way to turn

  • You never feel contented or have fun in your life

  • You're not happy with your health and fitness and feel stuck

  • You want to improve your work life balance

  • You're heading towards retirement - what will you do with your time?

  • You want to improve one or more relationships in your life

  • You're not very good at managing your finances

Your ability to change is only limited by your imagination!

Business and Leadership Coaching

Businesses

I've worked with business owners to help them assess where they are, where they'd like to get their business to and how to get there. Having run my own business I have experience of many of the pitfalls and how to get out of them!

Leadership and Employee Coaching

Providing Coaching to your Leadership teams and Employees can significantly enhance morale and performance*. Every business is only as strong as it's people and often the ability to win hearts and minds, particularly during times of change or transformation, is an after thought. Offering Coaching demonstrates that you are investing in your people as individuals and supporting them to bring the best version of themselves to work. That in turn can result in improved commitment, positive attitudes, improved staff retention and reduced absences and complaints.
